Working in a professional environment you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day business operations while helping maintain high standards of quality accuracy and service delivery.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $18.75.

3-month contract.

Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

On-site work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Mailroom operations

Receive sort process track and distribute inbound and outbound mail courier shipments registered mail accountable mail and interoffice correspondence while maintaining chain-of-custody procedures and supporting mail movement activities.

Digital mail processing

Prepare sort batch classify and route documents for digital capture workflows including the handling of confidential priority and exception items in accordance with operational procedures.

Scanning and document capture

Operate scanning equipment digitize physical documents verify image quality and document integrity perform rescans when required and process exception items while meeting productivity standards.

Data entry and indexing

Enter verify classify and update information from scanned documents and correspondence while maintaining established production and accuracy standards.

Quality assurance

Review scanned images indexed records document classifications and metadata identify quality or workflow issues and participate in audit and continuous improvement activities.

Customer service and administrative support

Respond to operational inquiries maintain production logs and workflow documentation participate in team meetings and support special projects and backlog reduction initiatives.

Equipment and work area maintenance

Operate equipment safely perform routine checks and cleaning report malfunctions maintain organized workstations and follow workplace health and safety procedures.

What you will need to succeed:
