Supply Chain Planning Analyst Role at Owlet

Elevate your career with Owlet as a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, focusing on hands-on execution within NetSuite. This part-time contract role emphasizes planning and inventory management. In this position, you will support the Supply Planning Manager by executing supply chain tasks while Owlet's automation initiatives are developed. The role requires a working knowledge of NetSuite to efficiently manage purchase orders and adjust inventory records, ensuring accurate demand and supply execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust safety stock levels effectively in Adaptive
- Create purchase orders while coordinating with vendors
- Manage item records, lead times, and order transactions
- Escalate inventory discrepancies to internal teams
- Pull reports and interpret saved searches for analysis
- Hands-on NetSuite experience for 1-2 years
- Deep familiarity with NetSuite's planning modules
- Can work independently after training
- Daily availability that overlaps with U.S. hours
- Experience in supply chain or inventory management is beneficial
