Maintenance Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities  
Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, highquality service. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, equipment servicing, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support a safe, clean work environment. Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses, track costs, and identify efficiency improvements. Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to streamline operations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing issues to minimize disruption to business activities. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are in good working order and manage inventory levels. Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance needs, and recommend process improvements to enhance performance and reduce downtime.

Requirements  
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education preferred. Proven experience in maintenance or administrative coordination. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with staff, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle emergency situations effectively. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prepare and present reports. Experience coordinating vendor and contractor activities and implementing maintenance procedures.
