Infrastructure Project Superintendent at Amico

In this essential role, you will coordinate project aspects, manage teams, and integrate safety protocols into all operations. Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to budgets while promoting a cohesive work atmosphere. Your strategic oversight will ensure that projects contribute positively to Amico's reputation and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines
• Maintain high standards of safety and site management
• Provide leadership and training to field staff
• Oversee subcontractor performance and evaluations
• Manage daily documentation of site activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a site superintendent
• Educational background in Engineering/Construction Management preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Valid G Driver’s License and dependable transportation required
