Salary: $36.00 per hour | 35 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Morning, Overtime, Weekend
Ricardo’s Convenience is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and lead our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has strong leadership and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day store operations and supervise staff
• Monitor inventory and determine product selection based on customer demand
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies
• Handle pricing, budgeting, staffing, and customer service matters
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Recruit, train, and support employees to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP
• 1 year to less than 2 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualities:
• Hardworking and dependable
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Strong time management skills
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
