Senior Manager for Defence Transformation

Lead transformative initiatives at Accenture's Defence & Public Service practice, enhancing government operations for better outcomes. Drive growth through strategic relationships and innovation. As a Senior Manager at Accenture, you'll influence Defence and Public Service by modernizing governmental missions. Your expertise in areas like National Security and consulting is key to leading transformation programs. Collaborate with senior executives while developing and implementing innovative solutions tailored to complex public sector challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with government and industry leaders
- Identify and lead strategic transformation opportunities
- Manage proposals and solution development
- Advise on operating model and digital modernization
- Guide complex transformation programs through to implementation
- 10+ years in consulting or public service sectors
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformations
- Strong business development and pursuit leadership
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
