Training Lead & Curriculum Designer

Accenture is seeking an Instructor – Learning Lead to design and deliver instructor‑led training across a variety of topics. The role involves creating resources, exams, certifications, and evaluating training ROI.

You will conduct sessions for new and experienced staff and partner with managers on employee development. Responsibilities include needs analysis, class scheduling, and maintaining an engaging learning culture while using the LMS to track progress and generate reports.
