Our client, is seeking a detail-driven and collaborative Localization Coordinator to join their international content team.

In this high-impact consulting role, you will support translation and localization workflows across North American markets, partnering closely with key stakeholders, linguists, and third-party vendor agencies to deliver high-quality, culturally resonant content. Beyond daily project coordination, you will play an essential role in documenting operational workflows, tracking localization metrics, amalgamating monthly reporting data, and identifying continuous process improvements as global content demands scale.

Responsibilities
Localization & Translation Coordination
Project Intake & Tracking: Intake, organize, track, and manage incoming translation requests and project dependencies across multiple languages simultaneously.

Source Content Validation: Prepare, validate, and organize source files to ensure complete translation readiness prior to vendor handoff.

Timeline & Launch Management: Track project timelines, critical paths, and deliverables to support major global product and campaign launches.

External Partner & Vendor Oversight
Vendor Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for external translation agencies and localization vendors; request quotes, submit project files, and monitor delivery progress.

Scope & Risk Management: Clarify scope, manage timeline adjustments, and help resolve linguistic questions, risks, or bottlenecks.

Deliverable Review: Review final vendor deliverables for completeness, formatting accuracy, and alignment with original brief requirements.

Quality, Process & Reporting
Quality Assurance: Perform initial quality checks (formatting, completeness, terminology adherence) before releasing content to internal teams.

Process Documentation: Document localization workflows, handoff guidelines, and reference trackers to drive operational efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Export, clean, and amalgamate monthly data from multiple sources; conduct basic data analysis and compile operational reports.

Qualifications
Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in localization coordination, translation project management, or a closely related agency/enterprise role.

Multilingual Asset Experience: Proven experience localizing diverse file formats, including video assets, e-learning content, and InDesign files across multilingual channels.

Modern Workflow Literacy: Familiarity with AI translation workflows and comfortable managing external vendor or translation agency relationships.

Organization & Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with exceptional documentation, time management, and multi-project coordination capabilities.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with enterprise Translation Management Systems (TMS) and automated localization pipelines.

Exposure to supporting large-scale, global product or marketing content launches.

Working proficiency in French (Canada) or Spanish (Mexico) is considered a strong asset.
