Position Summary
We are a long-established provider of insurance and supplemental benefits, supporting working families across North America. We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills to join our team. Multiple openings are available, with remote work options and full training provided.

What You’ll Do
Communicate with members who have requested information
Schedule and host virtual appointments
Explain benefit programs and assist with enrollment steps
Complete basic documentation and follow-ups
Participate in training and development
