Teaching Assistant Research Impact

Support scientific research learning as a Teaching Assistant at McGill University, guiding undergraduate research proposals, posters, and presentations.
The Desautels Faculty of Management seeks one Teaching Assistant for BUSA 451/BUSA 432. The assignment introduces scientific research to undergraduates and supports research-related learning. Interest or expertise in sustainability, strategy, experiential learning, leadership development, or research development is relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce scientific research concepts to an undergraduate audience
- Provide tutorials supporting course learning and research development
- Support undergraduate research proposals and research posters
- Grade research-related materials
- Provide feedback on presentations during class and Showcase Day
Requirements:
- Interest or expertise in sustainability, strategy, experiential learning, or leadership development
- Interest in research development
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Willingness to work in Quebec at the campus
- English communication skills verbally and in writing
