What You'll Be Doing

● Having consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs

● Building genuine, lasting client relationships that go well beyond the first policy placement.

● Managing inbound and outbound call opportunities in a structured, supported environment

● Partnering with internal teams to ensure every client gets an exceptional experience

● Continuously developing your skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration

What We're Looking For

● LLQP & AMF licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing - Quebec License is a Requirement

● Bilingual - Comfortable selling in English and French

●2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred

● A natural communicator who builds trust quickly

● Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote environment

● Genuinely passionate about helping clients - not just closing deals

● Eager to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time

● Resilient, accountable, and a real team player

Physical Demands

This is a remote, primarily sedentary position. The physical demands of the role include:

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and other standard office equipment throughout entire 8-hour shift.

• Ability to communicate verbally by phone and/or video conferencing for extended periods.

• Ability to read and review information displayed on a computer screen for extended periods.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and computer use.

• Ability to maintain a suitable home work environment that supports safe and effective remote work.

Remote Work Environment

• Ability to maintain a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home office environment conducive to focused work and confidential client conversations.

• Ability to protect sensitive, confidential, and personal information by maintaining a secure and private workspace and following all company privacy and information security requirements.

• Ability to ensure reliable internet connectivity and a workspace that supports consistent productivity and professional communication.
