Elevate your retail career as a Sales Associate with The Children’s Place in Windsor, Ontario. This role focuses on outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork. As a Sales Associate, you'll support the Store Leadership Team in achieving all goals and initiatives. This position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise standards, and promoting brand offerings. You will also engage customers effectively, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience while managing stock levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers proactively with urgency and care
- Greet and acknowledge every shopper warmly
- Communicate promotional details and solve stock issues
- Demonstrate selling techniques to drive conversions
- Maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom
- High School diploma or equivalent needed
- Retail experience preferred for this role
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer engagement skills are essential
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
