YOUR MISSION

• Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment;
• Supervise the team under your responsibility;
• Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule);
• Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators;
• Operate the mixer to mix concrete;
• Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer;
• Overlook the smooth operation of all operations;
• When needed Perform quality control tests;
• Operate the loader if required;
• Perform all other tasks when required.

YOUR DNA

• Being comfortable with various IT software;
• Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset);
• Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate with employees and customers;
