You will coordinate coaching activities and implement procedures that align with company policies while actively building relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with franchisees and stakeholders
- Oversee account operations and implement policies
- Implement strategies for sales and profitability
- Coordinate coaching across all locations
- Monitor performance metrics and report to management
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with an excellent record
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
