• Manage family litigation from intake to resolution
• Provide legal advice on separation and divorce matters
• Draft and prepare court materials and pleadings
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients and court staff

Requirements:

• Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum 3 years of family litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of Ontario family law procedures
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
