As a Scala/Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technical direction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide architectural guidance, oversee development, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. This position requires a passion for full-stack technologies, data engineering, and driving innovation, as well as strong communication and mentoring skills to guide the team toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations and governance for cloud-based applications.
• Ensure quality and consistency of infrastructure artifacts and contribute to automated testing.
• Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions and technical roadmaps.
• Enhance software/data architecture best practices, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Evolve the architecture strategy for COO Infrastructure.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and construct responses for senior stakeholders.
• Act as an anchor developer and coach the team in best practices.
• Collaborate with development team members and mentor them.
• Produce detailed technical solution designs aligned with functional requirements.
• Analyze and design data models, data flows, and interfaces.
• Contribute to architectural design and strategy across multiple disciplines.

Technical Profile:

• Server-Side Technologies: Proficiency in Scala and Java.
• Database: Experience with Teradata, DB2.
• DevOps and Continuous Integration: Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Understanding of RESTful design patterns.
• Agile Software Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Cloud Migration: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Hadoop for on-prem to cloud migration.
• Effective Communication: Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams.
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Full Stack Development: Preferably, experience in full-stack development.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.78/hour - $49.66/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
