What you'll be doing:

You'll be shingling alongside a solid crew that works together. You'll use our onsite tools and equipment, and follow company practices that keep every install clean, safe, and done right — with a foreman who's been on the roof himself.

· Shingle proficiently and at pace — clean lines, tight cuts, no callbacks

· Work as a team player: pitch in where the crew needs it, keep the pace up, help the guy beside you

· Keep the site clean and safe, every job, no exceptions

What we offer:

· $20–$30/hr based on experience — paid on time, every time

What we're looking for:

· hands-on roofing experience.

· Comfortable on steep slopes

· A clean attitude: show up ready, communicate straight, treat the crew and customers right

· Hungry to grow — promotions go to the people who earn them

· Reliable transportation to the yard and job sites

· Own hand tools and basic PPE are a bonus, not a requirement
