We've partnered with a company located in the West end of Toronto to help fill a full time Financial Analyst role. In this role, you will be responsible for the tenant financial records of approximately 600 tenants which involves charges, payments and reconciliations. This role sits within the Accounting team, but will have a lot of interaction with the housing operations. ***This role is hybrid requiring you to work one day a week in office
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skill set;
- Worked for a Real Estate company and used Yardi
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Have experience processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in high volume environments
