Job Responsibility:

```Overview```We are seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen Leader to join our team. As a Kitchen Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling, ordering and counting inventory in the BOH. Also leading catering events and assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. ```Responsibilities```-Train and Lead a kitchen team

-Schedule a team for kitchen and catering needs.

-Order and count all food inventory.

-Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils- Help with receiving and storing deliveries- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

```Skills```To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:- Strong knowledge of food handling and food preparation techniques- Previous experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant or similar setting- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
