We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Associate to join our growing team. This key position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and post-sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and reconnecting with previously engaged customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct market research on multi-dwelling units (MDUs), condos, multiplexes, and apartment buildings across Manitoba.
• Build a targeted prospect list with valuable market intelligence for the Sales team.
• Reconnect with previous RFNOW sign-ups in MB and SK who have become non-responsive post-sale.
• Visit customers in person to re-verify interest and confirm their continued desire for RFNOW internet service.
• Professionally represent RFNOW during in-person visits, answer product/service questions, and support customers in scheduling installations.
• Track and summarize daily findings, customer feedback, and interactions using Excel or shared systems.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Support to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance - travel is essential to this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable with in-person customer interactions.
• Basic Excel and data entry proficiency - strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Experience in telecom or customer-facing roles is an asset.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a route, prioritize visits, and provide daily updates to the team.
