Junior Retention Strategist at Klaviyo

Elevate your career as a Junior Retention Strategist in a fully remote role. Partner with experienced strategists to execute effective email and SMS retention campaigns with Klaviyo. In this pivotal role, you will support a senior Retention Strategist while managing client accounts. With 2+ years of Klaviyo experience, you'll build comprehensive campaigns, assess flow architecture, and debug issues. Your insights will drive retention strategies as you engage directly with senior leaders, shaping outcomes and narratives for eCommerce clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Build impactful flows, campaigns, and segments in Klaviyo
- Ensure quality assurance with dynamic content testing
- Analyze client data to inform strategic decisions
- Challenge briefs and optimize execution timelines
- Collaborate seamlessly among your pod during peak periods
- 2+ years experience in Klaviyo for eCommerce
- Competent understanding of Shopify integration
- Familiarity with SMS, reviews, and loyalty tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics
- Self-managed approach with proactive communication
