WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Certified Personal Trainer
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Experience working with a variety of client populations
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to assess client needs and develop effective fitness programs
• Experience with movement assessments such as FMS is considered an asset
• A strong understanding of the member journey and client retention
• Team-first mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Fitness Consultations with prospective clients
• Recommend coaching programs that best fit each client's goals
• Deliver exceptional one-on-one personal training sessions
• Lead small-group and semi-private training sessions
• Provide nutrition guidance, accountability, and ongoing support
• Motivate members and help them achieve lasting results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment
• Assist with new member onboarding and club operations
