Automotive Parts Sales Specialist Opportunity

Take your automotive expertise to the next level as an Automotive Parts Specialist. This role allows you to assist customers with their parts needs both in-person and over the phone, fostering a supportive shopping experience. You'll be responsible for recommending products, placing orders, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Building relationships is key, as you will become the trusted resource for automotive parts. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers on vehicle parts and accessories
- Process orders and maintain follow-up communication
- Suggest appropriate parts based on expertise
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift specified weight
- Diploma in automotive parts sales or experience is an asset
- Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories preferred
