Workplace Project Manager at Harvey

Harvey

Lead transformative workplace projects at Harvey by turning playbooks into reality. Manage office openings and global initiatives in health, safety, sustainability, and more. As a Workplace Project Manager, you will oversee various global initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This hands-on role demands strong leadership to execute tasks like office openings, health & safety programs, and sustainability projects. Your efforts will shape the future of workplace operations at an innovative organization. Key Responsibilities:

Manage global special projects including safety and design standards
Partner with stakeholders to create effective emergency response plans
Drive sustainability initiatives for the office portfolio
Oversee the rollout of workplace tooling and vendor contracts
Build and maintain project schedules and budgets

Requirements:

5+ years in workplace operations or project management
Strong vendor relationship management experience
Excellent organization and communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools
Ability to work on-site in Toronto and travel as needed
