Rejoignez CAGC comme Directeur des Plateformes Numériques dans un modèle hybride. Mettez en œuvre des solutions numériques et dirigez une équipe technique dédiée à l'innovation. En tant que responsable des plateformes numériques, vous serez essentiel au succès des initiatives numériques de CAGC. Vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs et d'analystes pour garantir une livraison efficace de projets au service des clients. Votre rôle inclura l'adoption de pratiques de développement agiles et axées sur l'IA, tout en soutenant la culture d'entreprise engagée et collaborative de CAGC. Key Responsibilities:
• Diriger la livraison d'initiatives numériques variées
• Collaborer avec des équipes opérationnelles et technologiques
• Promouvoir les pratiques CI/CD et l'automatisation
• Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire performante
• Assurer la gouvernance et le suivi des projets Requirements:
• 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en direction
• Diplôme en informatique ou technologies de l’information
• Maîtrise des architectures infonuagiques
• Expérience en développement logiciel moderne
• Connaissance des modèles IA générative un atout Apportez votre expertise en leadership et en technologie numérique pour transformer l'expérience client chez CAGC.
