Senior Energy Infrastructure Project Manager

Lead complex energy infrastructure projects in Kingston with expertise in project controls, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination. Manage delivery from feasibility through handover.As Senior Project Manager at Tiree, you will oversee energy and utilities infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle. The work requires experience with schedules, budgets, risk management, and Canadian regulatory requirements. You will coordinate owners, utilities, regulators, contractors, consultants, and internal specialists.Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, delivery, commissioning, and project close-outMaintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk reportingCoordinate design, construction, and commissioning activitiesManage outages, shutdown windows, and operational constraintsOversee procurement, change control, and contract administrationRequirements:
10 years or more managing complex infrastructure projectsSignificant energy or utilities sector experienceKnowledge of Canadian codes, standards, and regulationsExperience delivering work around operating energy facilitiesStrong communication and multi-party team management skillsBring senior project leadership, commissioning knowledge, and infrastructure controls expertise to Tiree’s Kingston energy projects.
