Sales and Demand Generation Strategist

Job Responsibility:

We're looking for a high-performing Lead Generation Strategist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting and executing lead generation programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels.

In this role, you'll be accountable to achieve booking targets and deploying the necessary strategies to generate and nurture leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners.

Reporting to the General manager of Spartakus Technologies and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. • Achieve growth and hit booking targets by successfully deploying outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Design and implement a strategic lead generation plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in North America.
• Participate in creating educational content that will be shared through various media to enforce trust from our prospects and empower your sales team.
• Ownership of product and service strategy, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of SDRs.
• Present lead generation strategy, reports, forecasts and results to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
• Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.
• Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

Experience

Required

• 5 year(s): • Successful previous experience as a lead generation strategist, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • 5+ years of B2B Sales and/or demand generation experience in SaaS

Education

Required

• Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration or related field
