Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential customers who reach out to us. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet customer needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for negotiation, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to communicate value propositions clearly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer preferences.
- Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- A proactive approach to business development, with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
