Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of recruiting across North America

• Create engaging candidate experiences throughout the recruitment
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• 8+ years experience in technology recruitment
• Background in SaaS environments preferred
• Strong communication skills with diplomacy
• Proven experience in negotiating complex offers
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in dynamic situations
