Drive your career forward as a Tax Partner at Baker Tilly, leading both compliance and advisory services. This hybrid opportunity enables you to manage a robust US tax practice. In this Non-Equity Partner role, you will facilitate the growth of a US tax practice, overseeing compliance and enhancing team capacity to meet increasing demand. Utilize your strong US tax advisory skills to manage client engagements and support operational execution effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide compliance processes for high-volume clients
- Scale team and workflows based on client needs
- Provide expertise on US tax matters internally
- Handle structured and ad hoc advisory projects
- Collaborate on cross-border tax advisory initiatives
- 10–18 years of relevant US tax experience
- CPA (US) is preferred; other certifications like CPA (Canada) accepted
- Strong understanding of operational tax delivery
- Familiarity with cross-border tax implications
- Previous work experience with a Big 4 firm or national group
