Exciting opportunity at Jennings Real Estate Corporation as a Construction Project Manager in Ottawa. Drive project success by overseeing all phases from planning to closeout while ensuring compliance and quality. This full-time in-person role focuses on project management and delivery within a dynamic commercial real estate setting. As the key point of contact, you will lead projects by managing budgets, schedules, and collaborating across departments including Leasing and Property Management. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of projects into ongoing operations while maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for stakeholders
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Monitor construction progress and compliance
- Facilitate project meetings and communication
- 5+ years in project management or construction
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with tenant improvement projects
