Lead night-shift distribution operations in Concord with KPI management, people leadership, and continuous improvement at Kohl & Frisch Limited.This permanent full-time Operations Manager leads the Keele Distribution Centre within Operations & Supply Chain. The hands-on role oversees high-volume warehouse operations, develops frontline leaders, manages performance, and supports operational change. It requires collaboration across teams and visible floor leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee productivity, inventory accuracy, efficiency, quality, and customer serviceManage labour planning, scheduling, staffing, budgets, and resourcesDevelop KPIs and use trends to drive measurable improvementsCoach supervisors, lead hands, and frontline employeesImplement process improvements, technologies, and operational initiativesRequirements:
