• The client is looking for a senior consultant who acts asthe technical reference for the workstation team, across two equally weightedstreams. The first is the application lifecycle: integration, packaging,testing and deployment according to current standards, with Intune, PatchMyPC,AppToDeployToolKit and Astro as the named tooling. The second is advanced-leveldiagnosis on Windows 11: root cause analysis and fixes affecting the operatingsystem, applications, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune. The "Analyst"title is generic compared to the content, which describes a technical expertrole; qualification must rely on responsibilities, not on the title. Theexpected deliverables (test reports, diagnostic reports, operating guides,knowledge transfer documentation) point to real documentation output, not anaccessory task.
  
• Target candidate: a Microsoft workstation specialistwho has packaged and deployed applications through Intune in a Windows 11fleet, using PowerShell and PSAppDeployToolkit, and who is the advancedescalation point for complex incidents. This person documents solutions andtrains internal teams, rather than working in front-line support.
  

Requirements

• Significant experience in workstation management in aMicrosoft environment
  
• Expertise in application packaging and deployment
  
• Command of Intune, Active Directory and Entra ID
