Overview

We are currently looking for candidates to join our team full time for the summer season! Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn care equipment including push mowers, ride-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off debris.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including job sites and company vehicles.
• Follow mowing routes and service instructions provided by supervisors.
• Ensure lawns are cut to proper height and trimming is completed around edges, fences, and obstacles.
• Clean up grass clippings and debris after work is completed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Support additional landscaping tasks as needed (mulching, planting, etc.).

Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment operation and maintenance is an asset.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team setting.
• A valid G license and reliable transportation to our Greely location is required.
• Truck and Trailer experience considered an asset.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed

Language Requirement

• English (preferred)
• French not required

Job Types: Full-time,

Pay: From $22.00 to $ 24.00 per hour

• Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
