Integrated Media Strategy Senior Specialist

Lead integrated media and social strategy at RBH, shaping amplification across owned, earned, shared and paid channels. Work across brand, commercial and experiential priorities.As Senior Specialist, you will guide market strategy and governance for current and future product categories. The role connects digital, CRM, retail, media and experiential plans. You will translate audience and performance data into recommendations that strengthen consumer engagement and business impact.Key Responsibilities:
Lead amplification and social media strategy, priorities and governanceDevelop integrated amplification for launches and campaignsConnect brand, commercial, digital, CRM and retail plansDefine KPIs and translate data into recommendationsManage agencies, media partners and external stakeholdersRequirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fieldFour or more years in marketing or media amplificationExperience with integrated, multi-channel campaignsKnowledge of social media, influencer marketing and eventsStrong analytical, reporting, communication and presentation skillsBring integrated media, social strategy and stakeholder management expertise to strengthen amplification and consumer engagement at RBH.
