Facilities Management Director at CAMH

Lead facilities operations with CAMH as the Director of Facilities. Oversee day-to-day management and establish a maintenance strategy at 1001 Queen St West while supporting patient service. CAMH is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Facilities to provide operational oversight and strategic leadership across multiple facilities. You'll supervise four teams and manage the operating and capital budgets while driving efficiency and quality improvements in support of patient care. Collaboration with various service providers and stakeholders will play a critical role in ensuring effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of in-house maintenance strategies
• Oversee DBFM service agreements and contracts
• Manage FM service contracts for construction sites
• Provide direction for support service functions
• Serve as CAMH representative for DBFM projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
• 8+ years in facilities management experience
• 3-4 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Project
• Ongoing commitment to professional development
