Through preparing refreshing and delicious beverages, the Lounge Bartender ensures guests receive a memorable experience while enjoying our exceptional Larkspur Lounge and Divas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure complete knowledge of Larkspur and Divas food and drink menus including specials and seasonal cocktails
- Preparation of all beverages ordered by Lounge Servers and guests
- Provide service from start to finish to guests sitting at the bar including taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and drinks, and processing payments
- Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of bar area
- Complete required daily side duties
- Assist Servers with floor service and running drinks and food to ensure quick and efficient service
- Record monthly bar inventory
- Respond to guest inquiries about the Hotel and surrounding area
- Follow Health and Safety program and procedures
- 1+ years' of bartending experience in an a la carte restaurant or lounge setting
- Well-rounded knowledge of cocktails, martinis, and specialty drinks required
- Good wine knowledge
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick table turnover
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-service oriented
- Alberta ProServe Certification
