Managing Director for Growth in Canada
Dura Digital Inc.
Dura Digital seeks an ambitious Managing Director for Growth in Canada. Leverage client partnerships to drive sustainable growth and enhance digital transitions for organizations across the region. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic initiatives to expand Dura Digital's footprint within existing Canadian client accounts. As a senior relationship owner, your focus will include account management, identifying needs, and building lasting partnerships. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that our engagements exceed client expectations, reflecting our deep commitment to quality and values. Key Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of Canadian client accounts
- Execute account plans targeting specific client goals
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Monitor client satisfaction and account health
- 5+ years in senior account management roles
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Strong network in the Canadian business landscape
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant degree; MBA preferred
