Account Manager – Search, Social, and Programmatic (Hybrid) - Universal Pictures

Overview:

The  Account Manager – Search, Social, and Programmatic is responsible for developing and leading the paid search, paid social, and programmatic media approach and executing these tactics via multiple search, social, and programmatic channels.

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of a global client’s paid search, social, and programmatic advertising initiatives. This includes developing strategy and managing the execution of paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns (display, online video, CTV, audio) based on the client’s business objectives.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Manage paid search, paid social, and programmatic media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, X/Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk)
• Create, manage and execute strategic paid search, social, and programmatic plans that meet client’s goals
• Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations
• Create, present and gain client approval on campaign strategies and tactics
• Oversee, deliver and lead Account Management business processes
• Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
• Cross-functional campaign development across internal biddable/programmatic teams as well as sister media agencies
• Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
• Build on an existing level of paid search, paid social, and programmatic media expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts
• Lead in the creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and key process documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on experience planning and executing paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns (display, video, CTV)
• Knowledge of paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms/DSPs (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
• Great attention to detail and time management skills
• Minimum of 2 years of paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic experience
• Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients in a fast-paced environment
• High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Technical and analytical mindset
