Lead AI integration for Autodesk in hybrid Toronto, guiding foundation models and agentic workflows with strong software development expertise.As Software Development Manager, you will lead engineers building AI capabilities for AEC products, including Forma and Revit. You will connect practitioner workflows with product bets, experiments, and quality-focused delivery. The team develops APIs, MCP tools, client-side features, server-side features, and feedback loops that improve foundation models.Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineers integrating models and workflows into AEC productsGuide hypotheses, prototypes, evaluations, and real-user pilotsDefine agentic development norms, testing, and guardrailsTrack adoption, usability, ratings, edits, and confirmationsCoach engineers through career and performance developmentRequirements:
