Senior Consumer Insights Manager

Shape consumer insights and strategic recommendations for Dig Insights clients through survey analysis, multivariate techniques, and polished reporting.As Senior Manager, you will deliver most of each research report and provide findings to the VP. Your work includes interpreting survey data, creating summary slides, and troubleshooting project issues. You will also support workshops, client communication, and junior researcher development.Key Responsibilities:
Review survey results, cross tables, and report templatesAdd interpretive commentary and create summary report slidesWrite draft recommendations from project resultsPerform quality checks and maintain report accountabilitySupport client workshops and present project sectionsRequirements:
Four to seven years of direct relevant experienceDegree in market research, insights, statistics, or related fieldMasters degree considered an assetSPSS and/or Q tabulation software proficiencyAbility to meet tight deadlines with attention to detailApply your consumer insights expertise, reporting strength, and analytical skills to client research at Dig Insights.
