Food and Beverage Server The Woodyard Brewhouse and Eatery Location 3905 Franklin Avenue Yellowknife, NT Salary 17.25 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week Full time Overtime required, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience 1 to less than 7 months Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages Address customers' complaints or concerns Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings Describe menu items including daily specials for customers Advise on menu selections Balance cash and record sales Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages Serve food and beverages Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff Provide customer service Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Weight handling Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Until: 2026-04-12
