We at Fidelity PAC Metals are one of the leading distributors in the Stainless Steel industry and have an immediate opening for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis.

- Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Change orders such as cancellations, reprints and shipping changes
- Confirm orders when warehouse assistance is required
- Verify orders have shipped (PRT report)
- Collecting shipped order paperwork hourly, ensure stamping is correct and submit to Admin for invoicing
- Affix Log Tags to appropriate cardstock when new product is received
- Prepare Branch Transfers to Milton/ Dorval
- Issue MTR's
- Domestic receiving such as Chohan, Pinnacle etc.
- Meticulous attention to detail and communications is required
Qualifications
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Works well within a team atmosphere
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating ability to build relationships
- A positive, go-getter attitude
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
- English/French Bilingual is preferred, but not a requirement.
Software Requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Steel Manager 3 (SM3) is preferred, but not a requirement
