Quality of Life Advisor - Leasing Agent

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our welcoming residence, Villa Saguenay, is currently seeking a full-time Quality of Life Advisor (Leasing Agent), 40 hours per week.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct visits and negotiate rental contracts

Make the appointment

Meet the needs of building tenants in a courteous, quick and efficient manner

Prepare folders to give to customers

Produce rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed

Rent out vacant apartments in the building

Update the various administrative forms

Write the rental agreement

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

degree in the field

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset

Ability to use IT tools

Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)

Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)

Good knowledge of sales techniques

Knowledge of senior living residences is a major asset.
