Automotive Finance & Sales Manager

Location: Langenburg, Saskatchewan

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up.
• Present financing, leasing, extended warranties, and protection products.
• Secure financing through lending partners.
• Complete finance contracts, licensing, and purchase documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with lender, manufacturer, and government requirements.
• Follow up with customers after delivery.
• Work closely with the sales, service, and administration teams.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales or finance experience preferred.
• Experience in banking, lending, insurance, or customer sales is an asset.
• Willing to train the right individual.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
