Senior Optimization Engineer for ML Training

- Design advanced distributed training frameworks for efficiency
- Systematically profile model performance to tackle bottlenecks
- Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies into ML frameworks
- Work alongside researchers to optimize resource management
- Develop and refine tools for widespread use and adoption
- MS/PhD or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
- Experience profiling CPU and GPU code is required
- Custom CUDA kernel knowledge is beneficial
