As a Senior AI Native Developer with Accenture, create impactful solutions with production-quality agentic AI systems. This role emphasizes integration, design, and collaboration with client teams in complex enterprise environments. You will have over 7 years of software development experience and at least 1 year in deploying agentic AI solutions in production. Your expertise will cover orchestration frameworks, LLM integration, and robust RAG pipelines. Collaborate closely with clients to execute architectural designs, ensuring the stability and effectiveness of AI deployments. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build production-grade multi-agent systems
- Lead integration with LLM providers like OpenAI and Anthropic
- Build and own RAG pipelines for real-world quality targets
- Implement LLM Ops and develop eval harnesses
- Collaborate directly with client teams for deployment
- 7+ years in software development
- 1+ year designing agentic AI solutions
- Experience with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks
- Proficient in Python, with experience in cloud-native systems
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
