You will be the first contact for inquiries related to Workday, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues while documenting interactions thoroughly. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to Workday inquiries via Service Now • Troubleshoot user issues like login and navigation queries • Document support interactions for ongoing analysis • Escalate complex problems to specialized team members • Maintain current knowledge of Workday processes and features

Requirements: • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field • 1-2 years of experience with Workday or technical support • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
