Reporting to senior executives, your responsibilities include developing robust infrastructure for clinical trial operations and ensuring internal and external collaboration. You will play a critical role in integrating research within patient care, enhancing access to groundbreaking cancer therapies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies for clinical research
- Direct operational infrastructure for trial management
- Collaborate with medical and research leaders
- Advocate for patient-centered research initiatives
- Oversee compliance with research regulations
- Preferred Master's in health sciences or related discipline
- 10+ years in cancer research or clinical trials
- 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of research compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
