Your Role:
- Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide information about their coverage in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and up-to-date in our systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Ideal Candidates:
- Have a positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Enjoy problem-solving and working with customers.
- Are organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required — we’ll train you!
